| I visited the Causeway Bay Lansing for three days on business. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The rooms were furnished better then I expected and the staff was excellent. I was sent a free brownie as a gift from the management and that never hurts.
The hotel looked better on the inside then it did on the outside, and renovations are still underway, but none that seriously inconvenienced me.
Didn't get down to the pool area, so I can't comment on that. Should be even nicer when the renovations are complete. Don't judge a book by its cover. |

| The decor was beautiful and the room as very roomy and clean.
It had all the amenities that were advertised except the pool was too cold, the hot tub was too hot and the sauna was under repair. I rushed out and bought a bathing suit that I was unable to use.
The bathroom sink was stopped up, I reported it the next day but it was never repaired.
I would not recommend this hotel unless all amenities were working and possibly a new name for the hotel. |

| I would not stay here again, booked our room, completely paid for, got there no rooms available! Had to "downgrade" to a smaller room. Staff was not concerned about it at all!!! |

| I was so pleasantly surprised by how exceptional the redoing of this hotel is!! It made our stay a very wonderful experience--exceptional value for a reasonable cost, very clean, very friendly staff, very good food @ very reasonable prices (especially the room service)!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! |

| Undergoing renovation but so nice. Great pool and patio. Staff was all VERY kind. After improvements made this will be the nicest place in the area. Breakfast buffet not really very good. |

| I have stayed at this hotel in the past when it was a marginal Holiday Inn. Overall conditions are much better now. Rooms have been totally updated with new decor , beds and furnishings.
Check in was very slow and restaurant was not open. |

| We had a quick one-night stay at the Causeway Bay Lansing Hotel to pick up our son. The room was very comfortable, well laid out, and exquisitely decorated. It is definitely a good value for the price. |
